“We were there on a vacation. Stayed 6 nights. The staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was very good and a variety. Nice to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons, rail & washing the big garbage cans, cleaning the tables in the dining area. Host would greet you when goin the dining area. Close to a lot of shows and activities. Been there before and will stay again the next time we come to Branson. ”

“It was such a pleasure to stay here. Would have been nice to check out the big pool but the outdoor hot tub was nice during the cold mornings. Lots to do for kids. Was a beautiful place. Would definitely recommend and come back if out this way again. ”

“The room was updated and clean. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was terrible. No water pressure. Huge shower with very small shower head that barely got you wet. Worst shower in a hotel for my experiences. Staff was friendly but the hotel was hosting a multiple High School event so it was packed with kids and there was NOT enough staff to support helping those Not part of the school event. We waited 2 hrs for additional towels and one blanket. If you called the customer service……
