“Clean and provided everything we needed.”

“The staff was great. They made sure everything was done from lighting fire pits to making sure nothing was needed in our room. There were no major issues, just needed a curtain rod repaired. It’s a beautiful place to stay, just be sure to get the lake view rooms. Very convenient to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena and Branson.”

“Been historically hot this time around with yards and outdoor common areas showing a lot of stress; watering would have helped. Have stayed here for over 20 years--noticed this time rooms (while superficially clean) carpets were not vacuumed nor kitchen tile cleaned upon arrival. Once again, clean enough but not up to standards experienced in the past. Now a special shout out to Kim and Wes in the maintenance department for their quick response in switching out our freezer which……

“Unit was spacious and relatively clean with most things being in working order. One of the double bathroom sinks was clogged and shower floor was disgustingly dirty. That being said, the rest of the unit was almost comfortable and certainly utilitarian. We did not the amenities of the properties but there seemed to be a copious selection. The one thing I particularly abhorred was upon check in, I was directed to a mandatory concierge and to my persistent objections, was told that her high……
