It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again with a group."

Booking experience was not good, the address is not what is listed in ad, which ended up having the limo for my daughter’s wedding go to wrong place. Management doesn’t contact you with any details until the the day you checkin. They should at least acknowledge you immediately and let renters know they will send codes on check-in day. "It was a fantastic place overall. No concerns whatsoever. Great neighborhood. Good price. Only thing would be a sofa bed available but this is minor. I would gladly stay there again. It was such a great setting for a memorable time with my extended family."

"Loads of room. Six adults stayed here in cozy comfort. Locarion is highly desirable. Easy access to everything from museums/central park uptown, festivities and shopping midtown, shopping/ walking/sightseeing downtown. Plentiful choices of restaurants within three or four blocks - ranging from bagels to steaks and oysters. Photogallery of this property accurate."

"It's a great place to stay for a night or two. I wish they would communicate that only vegetarian food is allowed in the property upfront. But it really is a lovely place. Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal. "A good value overall. One issue. Upon check-in, I noticed our television wasn’t working. I immediately emailed and they replied quickly, saying that it would be fixed the following morning. Upon returning from a day out, we had exactly one channel. It remained that way for the balance of the trip and they ignored polite requests for some nominal money back. "
