“I didn’t even stay the dates was messed up and they would not help me in anyway witch was disappointing instead the lady told me well you not getting your money back no one reach out or said anything I called a number of times I tried fix issue month in advance I would not recommend that place to no one ”

“Pluses: As always, parking and breakfast was fine. The room is always clean. The staff is always top notch. I dealt with Christina and Bree at the front desk and Sabrina, the lady on my floor. They were all very nice, helpful and professional. Negatives: The elevator was out of service. I'm 73 and enjoy bad knees. Christina tried to move me to the ground floor, but it wasn't available. The TV system was very screwed up; not the TV, but the cable system. You couldn't watch a full program,……

“5 star experience - the hotel is brand new and spotless! The facilites are great but the staff is even better. We hosted a wedding welcome party in the indoor/outdoor meeting space and it was fantastic. Our wedding party all stayed here and they felt the same. Great job! ”

“I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！”
