“The host, Brian, was quick to reply anytime I had a question, very pleasant and polite. The cabin was exactly as describe and we really enjoyed our stay. The horses were right next to the cabin and were very gentle and sweet, as we did feed them apple slices, over the fence, a couple of times. The location was very quiet and secluded, very nice. There are great shops, wine, and food within walking distance. You feel like you've stepped into another time period out in the town, but with modern, clean, and comfortable accommodations inside. “Vbro showed this property as free for Friday Saturday night. It looked good so we passed on other properties. They informed us the next day that it would only be free at night because they require a full day to clean. Whatever. Arrived at 9 pm for a stay for our third anniversary and were locked out. No response, no info. I don't understand how you can be this incompetent. It's not difficult to include the minimum entry requirements in your emails or to pick up the phone if you don't. Unreal.”
