“Sabrina was the most amazing host we have ever had on VRBO.The one bedroom did not fit us, but she took care of us and she was amazing”

“Clean; under couches floor had dirt and Food particles.Host; very responsive, information book helpful.Pets; N/ALocation; beautiful area and accommodating for mountain bikers. As well as the beautiful lake.”

“I almost never give a poor rating for a place and extend a ton of grace. However, the description of this property is misleading and it must be pointed out. There is not a proper bed. Nowhere in the listing does it state what sort of bed there is other than stating that the "bedroom" has a double bed. The "bed" is the sofa, extended. No extra mattress. It's basically sleeping on a board. I would NOT have booked this property if it said anywhere in the listing that the bed was a sofa. Like a fool,……

“This was our 3rd time to rent this scenic property. The interior and pool area was immaculate. Prop mgt was very responsive with quick effective remedy of our only property issue. Will very likely stay here again.”

“Great lake house with everything you need. It’s on a narrower part of the river so it can be noisy but the house is worth it. Loved the outside deck and lawn area.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was warranted. We rented this property for two nights to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. While the home and location were lovely, the experience was overshadowed by how rigid and overbearing the hosts were.Even before our stay, communication felt more like a rulebook than a warm welcome. There was pushback about bringing one of our dogs—despite the listing being advertised as “dog-friendly.” When I asked about their pet fees, I was told……

“I was traveling to Marble Falls for a meeting, and my wife went with me. I called ahead to see if we could check in early so that my wife could relax in the room while I went to my meeting. Jennifer was wonderful and told us that we could check in a couple of hours early. We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake waiting for us when we got there. Jennifer also gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner later that night. Later, while after I'd left for my meeting, Jennifer called the……

“Pool was dirty and hot tub did not work. This is an extremely pet friendly 3 star hotel and smell of pets was strong as soon as you enter the lobby.”

“Great location”

“Best hotel in Marble Falls by far. Brooke made everything super easy.”
