“For other travelers considering this spot, just know it's a basement apartment, below a house in a subdivision. I could hear feet walking overhead and voices. The best part is the back porch and view of the trees and creek. I spent a lot of time sitting out there listening to the birds. Inside the space, it's a little dark, and some of the electrical outlets don't work. I had to move the coffee pot and try a few to get my laptop to charge. I still had a pleasant stay and loved the peaceful view.”

“Very nice stay. Bed was comfortable and clean. Liked the experience of being on a boat. Amenities were great. Had a little trouble with the on board toilet but otherwise it was a great stay.”

“Fantastic boat stay. This is the second time we’ve stayed with Patrick and it’s been our favorite so far. Boat is immaculate and roomy for two. We really love the location as there’s always something going on at the marina or downtown. Within walking distance to whatever you need. It’s also very reasonable to stay here versus a hotel. “This was a unique opportunity for us and something we will definitely do again! The Marina was very quiet (we stayed Sunday through Thursday). It was nice to sit outside and relax and watch the birds during the day and other wildlife (American Mink!) in the harbor at night. It was our first vacation in many years and being on the Irish Mist really took us away from our usual patterns. Everything was clean and the separate "rooms" gave us the ability to stay organized and make our own meals……

“The house is a block away from the beach park. There is no lake view, but there could be if they trimmed a tree and lowered the fence. The lake and beach are magnificent. Water was warm 1st week of August with tan powder sandbars all over the beach. Lots of space and not too busy. The surrounding area has much poverty, while right on the edge of the marina … food at the lakeside restaurants was just ok. No fresh catch options from the lake on any of the menus…So disappointing. The property……

“The house is beautiful and the location is a few minutes walk from downtown greendale. We were able to walk there every morning, drink coffee, and relax. This was the highlight of our trip. The inside of the house was lovely, stocked with towels, kitchen items, paper towel, etc. Everything looked clean and the outside area was very well maintained. The neighborhood is delightful and everyday someone would approach us to have friendly conversation. It is also quiet and feels very safe. We’re so……
