“Everything was great. The only problem I had with our room was that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, it’s was perfect.”

“There was an issue with air conditioner (We had to spaces. One was freezing, the other not so much.) when we called the front desk, she explained the issue and how we could resolve it in minutes. Very helpful, and kind! We mentioned having a child who doesn't do well on stairs, and it was automatically moved to a spot without stairs! So simple and easy! Clean space, etc. I was under the impression it would be 1 suite with 2 bedrooms, it was in fact, two separate spaces, I guess 1 suite, but……

The cabins are t owned by Westgate but privately owned and rented out by the individual owners. The main lodge looks amazing but what’s hard to tell from the online pics is that it is set up like a motel. All rooms are accessed from outside. And the majority of rooms are set up in like dorm buildings. Reminded me of a rustic camp from childhood”

“The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in……
