“We enjoyed our stay! Very clean, parking garage was handy also. The staff were all super friendly, and the hotel had all the typical conveniences you might need. The breakfast was the typical buffet things, only ate it once but did take note that the scrambled eggs were made with love that day. The pool is really small, but it was warm for those who need to know! There was keurig in the room which I appreciated, my only negatives was the bed was pretty worn or old, and the tv is our room was……

“We had a mixup issue with our room. The Staff and management could not have been better. They found us accommodations that worked for us and we had great stay.”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“Beautiful historic hotel. The service by the staff was excellent, especially the valet area. The room was very well decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect for attending events at the T Mobile Center and Power & Light district. We will be back.”

“It was all ok, I had brought my family, it was nice. Only negative would have been when I asked a staff member if they had a microwave and he laughed and said most people that stay there don’t eat left overs so they don’t have micro waves. I felt a bit embarrassed from the way the he responded. But I clarified to him it was to hear up my daughters formula ”
