“The condo was easy to find and to enter. However, we had to clean the refrigerator and the deck. There were cobwebs under the furniture and on the windows. The deficiency in the cleaning may have been the result of the fact that an occupant had left the facility the morning of our arrival and cleaners did not have sufficient time to do a through cleaning. Also, the instruction manual did not have the name and telephone number of the current manager or owner. Overall, the condo was adequate……

“Wonderful location on the lake, well supplied and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Our son and his dad had a great time fishing on the lake! Second stay and they really enjoyed it.”

“My parents and I stayed at this rental with my infant son while I attended a work event nearby. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the rental and was pleasantly surprised to find that the rental truly matched the listing photos. Wifi was decent. Location was nice. All in all it was a positive experience and I would rent again in the future.”

“The condo itself was decent overall, but there were some cleanliness issues upon arrival, including a dirty hall bathroom toilet and a soiled plate left in the microwave. Communication after checkout also became uncomfortable, as I was contacted more than a week later regarding missing throw pillows that I did not take.
