“I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. ”

“When we arrived we were told the building was no longer the Grand Inn and that it was for workers only and there were no rooms available. It was the address given when I booked online and was told it was no longer a Grand Inn. We had to find another hotel for our 4 days in Moorhead. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. I would like a refund as I believe my card was charged. I was told it used to be a Grand Inn, but it didn't look like the picture in the ad either. Upon entering,……

“The house looked like it was in the process of a renovation with a bunch of belongings trashed to the side of the house as if waiting for a rolloff. The light in the bathroom was above my head, the kids couldn't reach it. The tub/shower area was full of someone else's razor, shampoo etc. There was one bathroom sized garbage (small) in the whole house, good thing we only stayed for 1 night. One of the beds had just a fitted sheet and a comforter, no flat sheet. The towels looked to be at……
