“The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal……

“Great location in the downtown area. Walking distance to aquarium, world of coca cola, olympic park. Only issue, the "free parking" was slightly midleading. It is free street parking. No guaranteed spot. Georgia tech is nearby and when there was a game there was no parking near the the apartment. We had to park a few blocks away. ”

“The person that stayed previously had taken the key to the door. That by itself was a minor inconvenience. The keys were returned the next day. The only issue with the whole process is that the keys were returned inside the room, while I was asleep in the bedroom- unclothed. Nothing prepares you for knowing someone came in the room with you, while your sleeping, that you don’t know, in your most vulnerable state.”
