"Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would never staythere again."

"I wish the restaurant were open 7 days a week. I think it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our room was clean, just needing a little updating. We've been staying at Wyndham for 16 years and have seen a decline. The food is excellent. Overall, I do recommend it. "

"Warning to anyone with a service animal, know your rights under the Americans with disabilities act. I was told I have to let them know I have a service dog BEFORE arriving.(THAT IS FALSE! ) She told me I must have a certification card that shows my service dog is trained and registered. (THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE!) The Americans with disabilities act says that a hotel\motel can NOT ask for ANY certification of any kind. She told me they put people with service animals in specific rooms that they designated for animals. (That is a violation of your rights!) The ACT says that people with service animals MUST be put in the same rooms as people without service animals. I'm the 5 minutes that I spoke to her, she violated so many of my rights. Any of the things she said could be grounds for a lawsuit against them for violating my rights as defined in the Americans with disabilities act. The next morning when checking out I spoke to the gentleman that owns the motel, and told him what happened, he was much easier to talk to and we discussed what transpired. Know your rights! Service animals are not pets, they are federally protected medical necessities. Besides that, our stay was great. "

"First of all, I have stayed in the Hampton Inn before and really liked it. When I first arrived, I thought the hotel was closed because the entrance was blocked off and it looled abandoned. I drove a little further and found another entrance. As before, the staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed, however, was not - it was not firm or supportive. The minute I sat on the bed, I could feel the "guts" of it and it felt like hard coils or wires. On Day 2, the elevator was broken with no sign posted. I walked, with my four year old granddaughter and our laundry, all the way from room 328 to the elevators, only to realize it was never coming. We walked all the way back towards our room and down 3 flights of stairs - and the same thing happened again this morning only THIS TIME we were checking out, so I had two pieces of luggage and four bags and my granddaughter - back down three flights of stairs to the lobby. As a side note, in a hotel definitely not jam-packed with people, someone put a family of loud-mouths next door to us. Through the connecting door I could hear banging until 10 at night and yelling (not talking) to each other about all kinds of nonsense. They woke us up at 7 am when I thought we might get to sleep until at least 8. I don't understand why people had to be placed on top of us when the entire bui"

"Wished I had read reviews, and checked the rating, so was under whelmed expecting a bit more. But it worked, I got rested and fed. The staff was nice, checking in was pleasant. It covered my needs, but it could be more comfortable and cleaner. But I would probably not stay here again, assuming there are better options. "
