"Great communication from host before and during stay, answering questions and addressing requests. Property was pristine and just as photos show. Water was HOT, as long as you followed the instructions suggested by the host. Simple breakfast items eggs, oatmeal, coffee and a few refrigerated items made for quick breakfasts before exploring. Location is just out of town and far enough off the road in the forest to deaden any sound. Would 100% consider renting a few of the other units if we visit...

"Took over an hour to check in. The staff member couldn’t “find” our rooms and then magically found open rooms for us after 30 minutes. He then booked us on the wrong airport shuttle in the morning. Facilities are clean and new. Didn’t have time to use the pool as it was past 8pm by the time we checked in. "

"What you should know before booking: - no Wifi in the room - TV in the room is Spanish channels only - if you want certain food made at meal times, you have to make special requests and they'll do it - Airport shuttle is not free - Expedia says "Airport shuttle included," but I had to pay $70 for the shuttle back to the airport unless I purchased 3 excursions from the excursion company at the resort"

"If you have four pools you would think they have close bathrooms to the pool area.not good and to fair to walk.you had to go to the lobby or to a bldg quiet fair away to fine a bathroom.also no cover on beach know umbrellas or canapés so if you did not fine a tree you are in the sun all day.also around he pool the red tile was very hot but in some pass in white so you don’t burn your feet."

"Been there before, will never go back. No poolside service, no room service, no reservations for restaurants (you have to line up and wait), room refills for all-inclusive are not daily and minimal, customer service is through clenched teeth. The ONLY bright spot is Bladimir in the former sports bar now known as “American Country”. He saved the trip for me! "

"Located in the center of town, street is very loud if you’re staying in the beachfront units. Very overpriced for what you get! Very overpriced. Bar staff was slow. Beach outside of the hotel not managed by the hotel and was dirty and had trash everywhere. Rooms in need of updating. Morning breakfast buffet was the highlight with great variety and good food. We will not stay here again. "
