"We were very tired when we arrived however were greeted warmly and checkin was simple. Though we've been in many hotels, many times instructions are not given however the receptionist was thorough and acted like she enjoyed being there. Breakfast was provided which is a lost privilege and accommodation in many hotels but not this one. The meal buffet options were not slim but well provided. Even the hostess providing the meal made sure everyone was fed and taken care of. Thank you we enjoyed...

"The resort is in a beautiful setting . The rooms are quiet. We did not have a microwave as advertised. We requested fresh towels and left the used towels in the hallway in a plastic bag as instructed. The bag was not picked up before we left - 2 days after placing outside our door The food at the restaurants was marginal, nothing special. The location is remote and it was necessary to drive to a decent restaurant. "

"A very nice hotel, but it is somewhat puzzling why they have not replaced the carpets. The carpets look like they are very, very dirty or maybe they are just too old. It seems like such an easy fix and detracts from the property considerably."
