“This is a unique property and one of the few available in this area with easy access to Olympics hiking trails. I salute the owner for her work to create this cabin using recycled, repurposed and natural items. The use of solar and wood-fired heating are so suitable for this natural oasis. “As always, this cabin doesn't disappoint. Its so cozy and there is so much to do in and around the property. The trails are breathtaking. The cabin has all the supplies you could want and then some. Kamala is so nice and helpful. We've stayed here several times, and hope to stay againg. Well worth the price. This is our happy place!”

“Manitou Lodge is gorgeous! The lodge itself is amazing: rustic vibe with elk skins, lots of oversized furniture, games, books and big pillows. It would be perfect for a special occasion.If you are interested in the tent sites, number 3, 6, 7, and 9 are the largest and nicest in my opinion.I stayed at the Outback cabin which is the smallest cabin available. “The tiny house was clean and perfectly decorated with nice amenities. Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was beautiful. It was spacious for a tiny home. We enjoyed sitting outside at the picnic table and Adirondack chairs. We highly recommend!”

“The property is well maintained and very cozy inside. Comfortable beds and couches and a fully stocked kitchen if needed. It is well located to downtown and to the hiking and beach areas which made it a great location. The outside view is fantastic and so relaxing to sit outside by the river. No bugs which made it even better. I would highly recommend this cozy cabin if you’re in the area. ”

“We had a great 2 night stay. We have 2 adults (downstairs bedroom) and our 21 and 18 year old (loft). Great location for exploring- we hit the rainforest (go early- the line was really long to get in by the time we left) and Ruby Beach- highly recommend both. We cooked some basic meals- the kitchen was well stocked and easy to maneuver in. Everything was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We spaced out showers and didn’t have a problem with the water. We loved this little house……

“It was an excellent option because of the proximity to Rialto Beach. We stayed here after we visited there. The main lodge was nice to sit in and relax and play games with my family. The shower was a little small but for a one night stay it was cozy and just what we needed. Cottage was clean and quiet.”

"It was beautiful right next to the beach. Front desk staff were super nice! The only thing I have to complain about is the housekeeping. It was around 9:30AM when the housekeeper knocked and scanned her card without waiting for a response from us. She tried to come in and I screamed “ someone’s still in here” and she left. I didn’t care about it the first time but she came AGAIN in half an hour or so and tried to come in again. It would been a pleasant stay if the housekeeper was well managed and let them know which rooms are empty and not. Overall it was a good experience as for the location. "
