“Wonderful dock for boats, and we had great waterskiing at the north end of the lake. Incredibly responsive hosts. Home was beautiful and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole large group. Would stay there again!!!”

“We didn’t actually stay, the place was a little odd, and the guests I was with were a bit uncomfortable. There were a lot of spider eggs under the furniture and my mother saw numerous bugs. The padlock the get inside was either broken or dead so we were instructed to go through the other entrance of the house which was another rental, but they kept a spare key to our unit (the basement) in the upstairs rental which kind of scared some of us. Overall, the basement itself was spacious and cute……

“Discovered this very local listing (I live 6ish miles away) while looking for a unique and convenient venue to host my recently discovered biological brother for our first face to face meeting. The timing was challenging, as the college nearby was holding “Parents Weekend” leaving all the Ashland area hotel rooms booked. But as I was familiar with Pactamere Farm, this spot intrigued me. My brother was wrapping up a busy conference week in NYC prior to his visit with me in Hanover County, and……

“well maintained clean gem of a property.I had the feeling of being in a tropical resort at night with the lighting around the beach, firepit and fountain in the pond, while in daytime transforming to a tranquil rustic paradise. amazingly well supplied with canoes, rods and lures for fishing., with bass lunkers waiting for the talented angler. The cottage is well appointed with many interesting civil war antiques. two comfortable beds with upgrade linens provided and the hottest showers you……
