“Some of the stuff were amazing, such as the entertainment, the waitress/waiters. Rooms were perfect. Drivers that pick us up at the lobby to take us to our room were nice but also rude. One of the drivers were drunk and took my parents to a different side of the hotel when they gave him the actual room number. overall the resort was great! Julio, Jefry, David and Nuris were AMAZING AND SUCH KIND SOULS. I love how sweet they were with my parents and just treated them right! that was the best……

“Everything about this resort was top notch. The premier package was such a great deal- the food, drinks, activities, and space was all worth it. We had friends over on the palace side (for families) and it was also amazing to have access to the amenities there. You never have to leave the resort unless you want to do an excursion, but they’ll pick you up in the lobby!!! Can’t say enough good things about this trip. And for sure get a shuttle/ride from the airport to resort and back and give……
