“It was appalling the building needs to be condemned it's dropping to pieces and the surroundings full of litter the bed was very uncomfortable the TV could no way be pat tested no batteries in remote no on off button very old TV the lights had tripped and the building smelt damp the toilet seat was not fixed it was disgusting”

Security deposit apparently refunded but now having to chase it. False advertising that there's a bar, this is no longer open, zero drink or food available on site The place should be closed down”

“Restaurant is closing 12th August - which will be a bind. The bath is super slippery and high - if I wasn’t so tall I’d probably have broken my neck. They need to put in showers. The tap water was never cold - so filling the kettle was tough. They need to install water bottle filling stations - at least in the lobby.”
