“Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again ”

“This hotel is one of the Old English Inns. Very vintage style, clean, and comfort. If you want to try some typical English countryside, it is. The location may not suit for those don't drive.”

“My stay was only three nights but it turned out to be like two separate stays. I was checked into a single room as requested and was initially delighted with it. But I then found that it coincided with football being shown on a large screen TV just yards away in the courtyard from my window, and that my room was next door to a gents toilet open to the visitors (ie public). And after experiencing the toilet door banging every 30 seconds and a hand dryer whirring literally the other side of the……

“Absolutely fantastic stay! I washed my hair twice because the shampoo and Conditioner was so nice. Its really clean, bed was really comfy, AC was amazing, the TV was massive and the walk in shower was lovely. Breakfast was a good and varied choice and everything was just easy! I'll definitely go back. Its quiet and had great blackout curtains. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They supply shampoo, Conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body cream.....I loved it, they smell amazing.……

“There is a reason why this place is cheap… it smells like it hasn’t been cleaned since the 80’s which is the last time it had any sort of upgrade.”

“Site restaurant was handy with a great cheeseburger. Bed was great with 4 pillows for each of us. It’s several miles from the airport, so be sure to plan for the shuttle/taxi ride.”

“Lovely brick building from 1902 retaining all its old charm. Now a modern pub/hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had food that evening which was very good. Wine and beer prices were quite step but that's par for the course nowadays!!! The bedroom was well appointed etc. All in all, a great stay there.”
