“Clean room and property. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Close to food, gas and highway. TN State Troopers train at the hotel so you'll see a lot of State Trooper cars.”

“Room was large and clean. We requested top floor away from the freeway and got neither. Very loud road nosie.Breakfast was horrible and dried out. Elevator and washing machine both out of order. Diffenetly not up to BW standards.”

“Very nice facility very clean great breakfast nice staff”

“Room average, staff helpful, breakfast and parking ok. I booked the hotel, when I got there they give me a key for the room and was occupied, There were no more available rooms, had to book a different hotel. Not organized hotel for sure.”

“The hotel is under renovation, and the room was semi clean. The small towels need updated and there was no breakfast as they were out of everything. We asked for extra towels at the front desk and were told there wasn't any. With that said, it is the cheaper hotel in town and the staff was friendly.”

“The property and surrounding area were well maintained and well lit. The room was great and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thus is our third year to stay and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.”

“The front desk was nice and the room was very clean”

“Spacious rooms, very clean, and late check out was nice. Breakfast was phenomenal and staff was so friendly.”

“Room was spacious but the facilities are very dated. The rooms were very dusty and set off my allergies. I am used to more updated rooms with Hyatt. The staff is friendly and keep the property maintained and cleaned. If staying in the area again, would look for a different property.”

“My stay at Hampton Inn was great. The only thing that I would love to see is upgrades to the gym. Dumbbells or another treadmill would be nice.”

“The girl at the front desk who works dayshift is ghetto and hood . Doesn’t ever know wats going on . Kicks her feet up on the front lobby couch with no shoes on with her boyfriend Then runs you off when you ask a question”
