"Everything was great except the parking is non existent. You either pay for valet ($26 before tip) or park 4 blocks away in a separate PAID parking garage."

"Positives: Good location for the University and the Hospitals Lovely building and wedding venue Friendly staff - shout out to Brittany and Raj at the front desk and especially to Fred and to Maggie in the restaurant. There is a free shuttle M-F for a 3 mile radius but did not use as unavailable when I needed it Negatives: Housekeeping (see below) Restaurant serves cafeteria food at fine dining prices. Chicken (sandwich and pasta) overcooked and so dry as to be inedible. Simple hamburger with lettuce and tomato and lettuce and fries was good, but $19+tax I am Hilton Diamond and often come to Cleveland to help at the Children's Hospital. I stayed 9 days at Tudor Arms. I requested non-feather pillows in advance due to allergy. It took 4 attempts and more than a day to get these, finally brought a pillow down to explain that down=feathers. That night the washroom door came off. Fixed the following evening and handyman knew what had happened as this apparently happens often. He brought a bracket to install to prevent this from happening again After 3 days I was out of towels, coffee, conditioner and body wash. The tissue box empty on arrival. Floor was filthy (my socks!) and remained dirty. Front desk gave me coffee packets, towels, tissues and conditioner to bring up myself. I was told there few housekeepers, they only worked mornings and early afternoons, and thus only serviced rooms when guests checked out unless requested. I then requested daily service and things improved"

"Our favorite stay in Cleveland! We spent many nights in various rooms over four years while our son attended Case Western. You can't beat the location. This is a small boutique hotel with wonderful character and the staff was always wonderful and helpful. Their breakfasts always delicious and the setting superb. We will miss this place!"

"We booked two separate suites one for us and one for my parents for our son's graduation. The two queen bed suites were perfect for us. Very roomy and clean. Our suite was on the 7th floor and although the same layout as my parents on the 5th floor our room on the 7th was updated in terms of aesthetic. Both were clean but ours was nicer. But this did not diminish the stay at all. With it being a graduation weekend where all hotels were packed, the staff were incredibly helpful. The valet parking was flawless despite all the comings and goings. The parking staff did a fantastic job. Overall would highly recommend."

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the desk. We waited 20 minutes along side 4 other families waiting to check in. The phones were ringing off the hook getting no answer. When the woman finally did return she was short and rude and never even try to apologize to anyone for their wait. We get to the room and there were only 2 little towels. When I asked for more we got attitude and eye rolling. And the whole place smelled like weed. Will not be returning."

"The room was fine. Friendly Staff. Good restaurant on-site. The brochures of Cleveland and things to do and see should be out in the open not in a drawer. Bathroom nice and clean including the shower and the pressure of water, as well as, the shower head. It is also nice when shower head can separate from its arm. It's awesome that the pool is open all the way to 11pm."
