“This is an old property, and the rooms reflect the age. Not bad, dirty, or in disrepair, but well used and not updated. The breakfast had decent variety, but the "hot" items were not very good at all, maybe because they were kept in steamer trays with no heat source. But the waffle maker worked great, and the coffee machine serves hot fresh brew 24/7. Front desk staff was mostly absent during key hours (like morning check out). Seems like they live on the property, and spend more time there……

“One of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Best breakfast with the most choices I’ve ever seen. Friendly, professional staff. My only problem was that they gave housekeeping the day off on Memorial Day without telling e there would be none that day. I was told at checkin for my 4-night stay that housekeeping is done on day 3 and Monday (Memorial Day) was my day for cleaning. The night before I was told there would be no housekeeping staff present on Monday. This was Sunday evening, after they’d all……

“The staff was rude and no help. The pool and hot tube was nasty. Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with. ”

“Hampton Inn is a great option for a stay in the Beloit area. The property is very clean with plenty of parking. Check-in and check out were very efficient and friendly desk staff. The AC worked great and despite being near a busy street - it was quiet in the room. I'd recommend on my next trip to the area.”
