“Very nice hotel and we really enjoyed the location, cleanliness and how quiet the room was. It was disappointing to show up an hour before check-in and be told that our room was ready to be checked in, but if we wanted to do that, we'd have to pay an extra $25. We didn't pre-arrange an early check-in so they didn't have to do anything extra for that and it would cost them nothing to allow us to drop our bags in our room and then go out to eat, but no. Difference between a customer first place……

“Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.”

“The whole area is beautiful and well maintained. The unit we stayed in was decorated so cute and very spacious. I loved the view walking out on the patio as well. It was quiet and peaceful. We swam at night and the only thing I would have wanted was a pool light. There was a spot on the wall that said pool light but no switch that we saw. It wasn’t a big deal though and we had tons of fun swimming still. This has been my favorite place to stay in Keystone so far!”
