"Clogged toilet, bath tub. Not working WIFI. Bad customer service....."

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night as a quick weekend getaway and really enjoyed it. The person at the front desk who checked us in was incredibly polite and welcoming, and she even got us into our room a little early which was a nice surprise. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the AC worked great. The grounds around the property are beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was also very nice, but the beach area is definitely the highlight. There were plenty of lounge chairs and the views were amazing. The location is another big plus. There are several great bars and restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to go out and enjoy the area without driving. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back."

"They dont strive to serve. Our room had a sliding bathroom door that did not lock or remain closed. It took them 3 days to fix it. The last day, the entire floor smelled fish. They sprayed copious amounts of air freshener but it didnt help. Overall, its a nice place with great views and amenities but it doesnt justify the price tag. I'm sure a few years ago it did, but generally you just get the feeling that no one is trying to deliver a great guest experience."

"Pictures are not accurate. No kitchen. Rooms were clean but lots of damage to walls and doors. Staff was friendly. Pool area was great. Breakfast was average. Disappointed that room want the same as pictures "

"The noise level was out of control, literally woken up to children yelling and running outside of my room at 3 in the mornings. Zero water pressure, but it got warm. Very small room. Nice dock and friendly staff though, so it was okay for a night but would not spend more than that."

"My review is against Charlotte the “manager” I brought up the pet fee as it’s specified on the website as per stay per night but, I was charge per dog. She mention changing the verbiage & adjusting the fee. However, she charge me the full amount. She didn’t provided a receipt. Just un-trust worthy. I knew from her attitude that she wasn’t going to see my side of things. Make sure you asked & things are clear because she would do the complete opposite. She smile with that missing tooth in your face. I hope it was worth this review. I wouldn’t stay there EVER because of her. Otherwise, the stay would’ve been a 5 star all around.
