"Pool was dirty, cloudy had debris and never saw anyone cleaning it. I even complained to front desk. Had to chase down maids for toilet paper, clean towels. Requested they clean room and change sheets when we were gone for the day, came back and nothing was done. We were there for 9 days and terrible service. Elevator went down and they didn’t even put a notice on it. We were on the third floor and my husband is disabled so I called the office and they said because it was a weekend they couldn’t get it repaired until Monday, I requested they move us to a ground floor and they refused. I finally had to site the ADA federal laws. It was fixed that night but they never notified us. This place is run down and all I ever heard was that employees were quitting and they didn’t have enough help. For what we paid for this place I was very disappointed and I wouldn’t even give it one star "

"Property was great, walked along marina - went to eat at the nearby seafood restaurant. Everything was awesome!! While reloading the bikes there was some adults smoking weed non stop while going back and forth from the front office. Wasn't a huge deal --- just pretty stinky and uncomfortable as we were back and forth from the bikes to the rooms. Our room was actually a two story apartment style with a kitchenette and balcony. I would have stayed here for another night - but couldnt get the same deal."

"A little something for everyone! Adult area, kids area. I personally loved sitting between the lagoon and the canal watching the boats go by! All staff was excellent! Loved the food the most at the Tiki Grill"

"The pool and marina area were nice. However, the kayak launch situation was sketchy (dangerous) because the dock needs a lot of repairs. The room was clean except for the floors - they were very dirty. The bed was hard as a rock."

"Our stay at Baker’s Cay Resort Key Largo was truly wonderful. The ocean was visible right from our room, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The resort offers an impressive variety of amenities that make it easy to enjoy your time on property. Guests can take advantage of bike riding, kayaking, the pool, comfortable sun chairs, and hammocks thoughtfully placed around the grounds. There were also plenty of activities available including ping pong, cornhole, volleyball, and soccer, which made the experience fun and engaging. The property itself was very clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and valet parking made arrival and departure seamless. A special highlight was the butler, who was terrific and even hosted beach bingo, adding a fun and memorable touch to the stay. Overall, the resort has a warm and inviting atmosphere and is clearly both family- and pet-friendly. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Key Largo. "

"This place has a literal COCKROACH INFESTATION. WORST STAY EVER. THEY DID NOT COMPENSATE PROPER OR TAKE CARE OF THE BUG PROBLEM. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL THEY CAN PROVE THE BUGS HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF."
