“This clean, well stocked, open floor plan condo is situated perfectly; next to and above the Arkansas River and within a short walk into downtown Salida. We parked in the garage Tuesday afternoon and did not get back in the car until departing Friday morning. Even the Salida mountain trail network was within an easy reach on foot.The property management associate assigned to us was polite, professional, and super responsive. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat.”

I would've appreciated advanced notice and the opportunity to cancel or change our dates, but we managed with portable AC and a space heater. Gas fireplace did not work. The fridge made ice, but would not dispense water. Removed some hair from bed sheets on the first night. Light bulb missing in kitchen can light. Iron was broken.
