“Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and Billy was great, but we were unimpressed with several parts of the unit and a big inconsistency with the listing. The biggest issue for us was that there was not in fact a “sofa bed” or a “double futon” in the unit as the verbiage in the listing stated in a couple different places, but instead a queen size air mattress in the top of the bedroom closet that we had to blow up and deflate daily for my daughter to use. Beyond that listing inconsistency,……

“Perfect views.Great communication with owner and I must say Billy is a great person really took his time to help us find another place to stay for extra 5 days as our flight got cancelled due to airspace closure. It’s is almost impossible to do so last minute!!!!”

“The property was nice to work with, the room was clean and smelled nice. A few small maintence issues but nothing that hindered our vacation. I spoke directly with property owner about the minor maintenance and she was very sweet. She assured me that things would be addressed and thanked me for caring enough to let her know. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful view ”

“Visited for 1 week over Christmas with family of 4 which included 2 college aged kids. The property was an excellent home base for all our adventures. There was a really lovely breeze front to back through the condo and an incredible view. The waterfront restaurant is really a plus! Food and service there was fantastic. Used both of the two upper pools and did some snorkeling from the beach. Staff everywhere were very friendly. Thank you!!”

“The condo was really nice. A couple of thoughts….. you shouldn’t say that Coki beach is walkable. If you have kids, chairs and a cooler, it’s too far to walk. Also, it should be mentioned that you need to walk through the second bedroom to get to the third. We were fine but it might not be convenient for couples that don’t know each other all that well. ”

“We enjoyed our 3 week stay with another couple. Having the extra king sized bed suite was perfect. It allowed them to have their own personal space. The hosts were fast and efficient to reply to our concerns and needs. A full sized washer and dryer was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishesThe showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was close to several beaches and the town of Red Hook. K-Mart and grocery store were an easy drive. We took a Sunset Cruise……
