“The hotel took the extra miles to provide a bed for my baby even though the baby cot was taken by other guests.”

“The front desk persons were always helpful, especially getting me water and ice; never gone to a hotel where getting water was so difficult, none even in the room fridge. The elevator makes you feel very fat, it creaks and moans every time you use it, makes you wonder when they’ve had it last serviced. The restaurant was constantly closed and lights off do to not enough business or staff. It always amazes me when businesses blame economy for bad times but, at the same time, how is it Cactus……
