“Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was well done. We loved the convenient location to nearby hiking trails and other attractions we came to visit.”

“The beds were and made, and towels were replenished - but the trash was not taken out, nor was the floor vacuumed, we were out of tissues. The bathtub is very slow to drain, after shower I had a lake in the bathtub.”

“The room was pretty clean. Under the ac and in the corners was dirty. Back of bathroom door was dirty. Water didn’t drain well in shower. One of the beds squeaked and popped every time I turned or got up or down. It was ok for a one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“The room/hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was typical watery scrambled eggs, potatos, waffle, biscuit and gravy. The biggest complaint was the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants from 8-10pm. The TV service was very spotty.”

“I stayed at this hotel for five nights, which was a big mistake. Dogs barked the whole night. I went to the front desk to complain, and they told me they would take care of it, but they never did. I couldn’t sleep. The floor was not well maintained. Throughout my stay, I only saw one staff member. I visited the front desk multiple times to ask for towels, but no one helped me. The list goes on.”

“We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars”

“In our room we found strands of hair on the shampoo bottles, pubic hair on one of the “clean” towels, and blood on one of the pillows and pillows covers.”
