“This hotel is pet friendly, and even had a welcome gift for my dog. The location is beautiful with the rolling hills and vineyards. The property is well maintained and clean. I will definitely return. ”

“The location wasn't terrible. However that is about the only good thing going for it. None of the pictures matched the experience. I get the pool is out of season, but it doesn't look like they've maintained it in years. The rooms are so poorly lit. The bathroom was tiny and we nearly slipped in the shower since the tub is so small. Despite all the no smoking signs we still could smell both weed and smoke. Bed was "made", if you can call it that. The bed sheets/blankets barely kept us warm even……

“I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”

“One of the worst stays I’ve had anywhere in a while. My room was on the first floor next to the on set of doors that the lock was broken on which allowed anyone to walk in. ”

“Staff and parking was good Did not eat in the bar, thought microwave was in the room because i had my own food. Overall stay was nice and comfortable ”

“Hotel is fine. Would stay again. Staff wasn’t unfriendly but definitely not professional. They would sit behind the desk talking on their personal cell phones or to eachother and ignore us while we stood there waiting for someone to help until they decided they were done and ready to help. ”

“It was a great stay However the heated pool wasn’t heated when I was there. ICE COLD!”

“Breakfast was poor. They only had eggs and sausage and biscuits. The eggs were fake. The sausage was extremely thin and not very tasteful, and there was no gravy for the biscuits. Additionally, the toaster was broken. The butter appeared to be stash or old and the coffee was the worst we’ve ever had from a machine. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The cleaning people were good. The laundry room equipment was not very well maintained and the clothes dryer did not dry clothes……

“I spent premium money and what I got in return was a dirty room, lights that didn’t work, bodily fluids on the computer chair. I took pictures for reference disgusting. I would never spend my money to stay at a home too sweets ever again I filed a complaint after my stay and I still haven’t gotten an update or any kind of return contact for my complaint. ”

“Outside property could use some cleaning and some of the candy in vending machine needs to be thrown away ”

“No working elevator and we were on the fourth floor. Upon check in the system was down and rooms were not able to be assigned. After over an hour we were finally given a room but were told to knock in case someone was in there! The rooms were clean and spacious, but probably would not stay again.”

“We had to park around the back side of the building, but we arrived after 10 pm. Seemed secure. There was some minor issue with my check - in but we were in the room pretty quickly. Room was nice...modern and clean. The bathroom was in a weird location, and the sink started stopping up immediately, but drained very slowly. The shower never got hot...barely warm enough, but usable. Breakfast was "meh," as my son put it. I got enough to eat, but my son did not partake. The breakfast room attendant……
