“Amenities were scarce and pool.was small. Basic hotel,dated, beds uncomfortable. Staff was great.”

“The room was old and filthy. No breakfast service except at the snack shop, where two breakfast sandwiches and two cups of coffee were outrageous. Only one person working in there on one of your busiest days of the year. You should be ashamed to charge that price for a night for this dump. When I made my reservation through Expedia, they advertised a breakfast buffet. So much for that. Expedia needs to drop your hotel. you're giving them a bad name.”

“We always stay at Drury Inns and the Springfield one was as great as all the others we have stayed at. The rooms were clean and no stale smoke smell like at other hotels have before we started staying with Drury Inns. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast never disappoints.”

“This is an older property but that is the point. They do a great job of presenting their long history in a very interesting way, particularly for those of us that love history!”
