“Excellent property from the greeting on arrival, beautiful room, friendly owners and staff and nothing was too much of a problem. Then to top it all off, a very impressive breakfast. I will be staying there any time I am visiting Ballina.”

“Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. ”

“We didn’t actually meet staff as arrived late and left early ….but arrival instructions easy and precise .Room was clean , comfortable and welcoming. Great location with a good restaurant downstairs ”

“If you are over 60 it would be best to have a room on the ground floor - there is no lift and lugging cases up a flight of steps to the 2nd floor is difficult.”
