"The hotel staff was very friendly. They made check in very easy. I also appreciated the coupons for discounts at restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast had several options. The location was convenient to subway and a variety of sites, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious. It was clean. Water pressure in the shower was not the greatest but was adequate. I would stay here again."

You'll have a tiny room with scarce space to lay out anything at all. Same for bathroom. And the room will be clean but, though updated, it is an historic building with some signs of age. "The staff at the Arlo were great, without exception! Check in and out was efficient and the restaurant and coffee shop staff were pleasant. The desk and security staff were helpful with luggage and securing taxis. Good restaurants around the corner on 9th but not much in area except that it was a short ride to most of our destinations and the cruise pier, our exit from the city. "
