“I really enjoyed my stay here at Kona Kai. First, and foremost, the host Arllen was amazing. Very quick to respond. What really stood out was his accommodations and willingness to make my trip extra special. I walked in the door to a personalized welcome card, Kona coffee and chocolates (nice start!). The condo is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The view from the entire condo is unmatched. I slept every night with the doors open to the sound of the waves. Beats the sound machine I brought.……

“The condo is adequate. The murphy bed was good. The grounds are beautiful and swimming pool were good. The condo is dated and needs a little bit of TLC It was quiet and doable for us. "English Complaint Draft The curtains offer poor sunshade. Sunlight comes through clearly at 6 a.m., and they cannot be fully closed. The old-fashioned air conditioner is extremely noisy. There are also cockroaches in the room. What's more, parking fees are charged in advance, yet we are told there are no available parking spaces. Do you need me to simplify this into a shorter version, or a more conversational version?"
