“This was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. The property is extremely run down. The shrubs were so overgrown it looked like the grounds hadn’t been maintained in years. Check-in was a mess. The key was not where we were told it would be, and Peter, the manager, never sent the access code as promised.
