“I called for maintenance twice because bathroom light was so dim, I had to use a flashlight. I was told they would check on it, but they never responded; ran out of toilet paper and kleenex in room; the beds were not made up daily; only fresh towels. Coffee was supposed to be out at entrance table until 9:00 PM. When they ran out at 7;00, they refused to make more. Also, they ran out of decaf coffee at the morning breakfast and did not put more out.”
