Excellence resort please acknowledge employee. 6.room service avail 24/7 made sure coffee and pastries arrived everyday at 7am, was beautiful. 7.swim up bars offered top of the line liquor, staff was amazing. 8\. Beach view was outstanding, could not count all the shades of turquoise. 9\. Entertainment-phenomenal. Silent disco, dance party and Illusionist was the best, still cannot figure out how performer did things. Left us all amazed. 10-please get excellence upgrade, makes a huge difference. 11\. Very calm resort, no parties just a place to enjoy quiet honey moon, relaxing stay, just couples late 20's 30-60's lots of LGBTQ couples-resort and guest very open and accepting. If you're thinking about it, just do it. You won't be disappointed." The butlers are less attentive, the front desk staff tends to find an excuse to say no rather trying to accommodate. We come to this resort to play tennis among other things; no one informed us at any point that Rafa Nadal Tennis Center will be closed for guests for padel tournament until we arrived. My mother passed away the day after we arrived; we had to cut our stay short. Despite valiant attempt by Expedia/Hotels.com staff, TRS never responded to their requests to issue credit for the unused days due the special circumstances. We still might come back in the future but will definitely explore other options." The rooms are very nice and clean, but NOT one hook or towel rack provided for towels, which conttradicts the hotel request to save water and reuse towels. Also, no shelf under the sink to store toiletries. The pools and beach were fabulous!"
