"My family of 5 and I stayed here for 5 nights and definitely enjoyed ourselves. We did an excursion but booked through Expedia. The beach area was nice and rooms were more than accommodating. The chairs by the main pool by the beach were always filled up so we did not get to swim there much but the kids pool was definitely fun. You do have to get up at 7am to get chairs by the pool. The property should consider adding more chairs somewhere. The restaurants were decent. We walked to the sister property next door and their Japanese restaurant was excellent! I would recommend staying here for sure."

"Food was average. Rooms were missing essential items like an ice bucket. Used items weren’t replaced each day ie: coffee supplies and hand towels. Adults only area was lacking in shade/umbrellas. Staff was friendly and accommodating. "

"My husband and I went here for our honeymoon- and we had an excellent time! The layout and grounds, access to the beach, and level of service were great. We loved hanging at the beach or poolside with consistent and friendly beach-side service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and Mexican buffet night the most- the other food options were fine, not anything exceptional. It was relaxing to have be in an all inclusive with many options on site. We did an excursion to Chichin-Itza, a cenote and Valladolid organized through the hotel which was an informative and adventurous day - bookended by a lot of relaxing in the sun! I also enjoyed a spa experienced facilitated by Gilberto. The staff were all friendly and our room was a relaxing and lovely, with a private view of the lazy river, a continually replenished bar, and great room service. We had a relaxing, excellent time!"
