"Our 3rd time back to Excellence Playa M. We are so happy AGAIN with this stay. Food was amazing. Pools were great. No upsales or annoying presentations. We RELAXED. The staff is amazing and truly they provide the best service from any Hotel/stay we have ever experienced. From the front desk helping accommodate a better room since my pregnancy has made it difficult to walk, all the way down to room service. Just AMAZING."

"This was my second visit to Garza Blanca. This time I took my 7yo daughter. This hotel is super kid friendly which is a plus plus. She loved the kids club and that gave me and my boyfriend time to visit the adults only section. I love coming to GB especially for the food. It’s absolutely delicious variety of different things to eat and presented beautifully. There is honestly nothing I would complain about this property. Everything is pristine. We will be going back to try their Puerto Vallarta property. Thank you Garza Blanca for a memorable family vacation!!"

"I had an amazing experience at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! From the moment I arrived, the resort was absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. The property was well maintained, the atmosphere was incredible, and there was always something to enjoy throughout my stay. The staff played a huge part in making the experience memorable. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. The food and drinks were great, and I really enjoyed having different options to choose from throughout the resort. Whether I was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, eating at one of the restaurants, or exploring the property, I had a great time. The beach and pool areas were definitely some of my favorite parts. The scenery was beautiful, and it was easy to just relax and enjoy being on vacation. At the same time, the resort had a fun and lively atmosphere when I wanted something more entertaining. Overall, my stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres exceeded my expectations. I had so much fun and created some great memories during my time there. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, entertainment, great food, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and can confidently say this will not be my last visit. I’m already looking forward to coming back!"
