"3 stars for clean and comfortable room. Buildings are old and need work. Huge gap under front door needing weatherstripping. Because of this, we heard wind howling and whistling through this gap. In addition, the landscaping staff blew dirt and debris under the door onto the floor of the unit with their leaf blowers, as well as onto the patio of our first floor unit. Also, the dated built-in furnishings will only accommodate a very small TV and the microwave sits on a very high shelf which is hard to reach. Wifi is weak and not secure. 5 stars for the maintenance tech who assisted us with TV problems and squeaking door hinges."

"No problem with the room and check in. The hot tub was nearby the room only thing is the water wasn’t hot at all just warm. Perhaps the most important notation is if you’re looking for a room with a view of the Sedona beauty this is probably not the place for you. There are very few rooms …maybe 35 out of the 400 rooms that actually have any view. "
