“The front desk staff were very friendly, but the condition of the room itself was absolutely abysmal. Of the three bath towels provided, two were dirty; the bathtub was so filthy that it was completely unusable for bathing. My room was situated right next to the restaurant, and the soundproofing was so poor that I was woken up early in the morning by the noise of people eating breakfast. There was hardly anything edible at breakfast; half of the equipment at the buffet station was broken, and……

“We checked in and when I went to the bathroom - there was no toilet paper in the room. So had to walk down a long flight of stairs (I’m 69 years old ) get me some toilet paper and back up to the room - will not come back to this place - dated and damaged - bad upkeep”

“This hotel gives Expedia a bad name. Expedia should dump Candlewood. Absolute terrible customer service. All started with a remote that didn’t work for tv. Unbelievable how awful it is was handled. First night lady said would be right up. Nope. Never showed. Called next morning. Waite, waited !!! Sent a cleaning lady who had been there two weeks to figure it out. No clue. Then a Maintenance guy came up and if observed by his boss should have been fired on the spot. Showed us nothing and was 100%……
