“The front desk staff were very friendly, but the condition of the room itself was absolutely abysmal. Of the three bath towels provided, two were dirty; the bathtub was so filthy that it was completely unusable for bathing. My room was situated right next to the restaurant, and the soundproofing was so poor that I was woken up early in the morning by the noise of people eating breakfast. There was hardly anything edible at breakfast; half of the equipment at the buffet station was broken, and……

“We reserved a double queen bed room and when we arrived they put us in a single bed room. A double bed. For myself, my sister, and my 18 year old son. They had to bring us a rollaway bed which was hard as a rock and the actual bed in the room was slanted and uneven. Thankfully we only needed it for one night but we won’t be staying here again. No offers of reduced rates or anything for our situation. ”

And outside the confines of the hotel there was a strong smell of smoke from the Casino. Huge room on 6th floor, with great view of river, river traffic and the lighted bridge to the south. Walked downtown waterfront to find food.”

“The clerk barely spoke English but I had a confirmation so all he had to do was point. The room seemed clean but walls were very stained and tired. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything to use for dining. Not even plastic soons or anything. So if you don't bring absolutely everything you need to eat a meal, you're just out of luck. There was a refrigerator and microwave and stove. That was appreciated. The beds were very hard and to the point, we didn't sleep very well. The place……

“The room was not very clean, a lot of dust on everything and the carpet. Bathroom didnt look like it was ready to be rented, but it was functional. I would stay there again, but hopefully the room is complete first.”

“This place was absolutely fantastic, from cleanliness to staff friendliness! The amenities were extremely useful! The gym had relevant equipment that was not dated! It included 2 separate rooms, one spacious space for weight training, one more intimate space for yoga/calisthenics. Maybe the gym was my favorite part! There was also a pool area (indoor). The courtyard was amazing, great place to enjoy the scenery or mingle with other travelers. The ENTIRE place here was conducive for business and……
