"We had the absolute best stay this last week. The property was beautiful. The home was large, well kept, clean and inviting. The host was absolutely amazing to work with and beyond kind. We enjoyed great fishing, a fire pit for s'mores, grilled multiple times on the big smoker grill and even made homemade stromboli inside for a meal. The home was very clean and had wonderful amenities. The rooms were all spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room areas were open and great for a large family. The AC worked AMAZING! It is definitely hot and humid in Georgia and it had no problem keeping up. We stayed here to give our soldier some quality private relaxing time on his family pass. The location was perfect! Close enough to base to make a quick trip back. Everyone we met in Waverly Hall were welcoming and nice. Especially everyone we met at Cooper's grocery and Cooper's general store. We found all of our food and fishing supplies quick and easy between them and the local Dollar General. I honestly can't say enough good things about our recent stay."

"The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that they still advertise having a Seasonal Pool. When I said to them don't you normally open it on Memorial Day weekend? The answer I got was no they had decided to close it permanently. I decided to go ahead and stay anyway and even though the room was older it was beautifully clean and I have absolutely no complaints. I didn't use the iron but the hair dryer worked great also maybe a little disappointed they didn't have coffee for people to grab before they got up and started moving around but there was coffee available in the room if I really wanted it and there was a Dunkin' Donuts right down the road. Overall the room was quiet, clean, and very reasonably priced and I would definitely go there again when I'm visiting my family and Thomaston"
