"Place is well used but upgraded enough to meet the value you pay. It has all the amenities needed and nice extras like beach chairs, buggy board and water things. Host is very responsive. AC is in the family room which is adequate to keep the bedroom at a manageable temperature in the winter but would most likely not be comfortable in the summer. There are fans throughout. No great places to unpack if your there 2 weeks like we were but we made it work. People above are very loud at all hours of...
