"Property was right on the water....sunsets everynight!!! Excellant location and we walked to dinners and shopping. The condo was a little dated but we didn't care. It had EVERYTHING we needed and wanted. The check in was a suprise of nearly 3 hours earlier than listed, that was fantastic! They supplied beach chairs, umbrellas,coolers and pool toys. "Great spot in Waikoloa Village. Perfect distance between the beaches of the Kohala coast and Waimea and other mountain destinations. Loved seeing all the Nenes on the golf course (Hawaiian goose/state bird and endangered). Kitchen is cozy but well appointed. Loved having laundry. Quiet neighborhood. We'd love to come back!"

"Great location outside the busyness of Kailua-Kona. Everything we needed for our stay and the beach gear was a plus. Meow-Meow is very vocal but is a sweet kitty. The shopping district is an easy trip away but they property feels wonderfully remote from all the hustle and bustle. Their coffee tastes great too! One note: there is a dehumidifier and it's pleasant enough at night to lower the windows and use fans but there isn't a standard air conditioner."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this for 6 adults and 3 children. It was awesome! We loved being so close to the beach that we could swim in the pool then head to the beach and vice versa. The house itself was gorgeous. The airway living spaces takes some getting used to on the hotter months, but it was really cool and we totally could enjoy outdoor/indoor living. The staff was incredibly kind and the house was totally set up especially for babies/young kids. We had an awesome week wouldn’t change a thing!"
