"Location was fantastic for a first-time trip to Chicago. Room was very spacious. Staff gave us an early check-in which was much appreciated. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right nearby. Didn’t partake of the bar, restaurant or gym during our stay."

"We enjoyed the fact that it was pet friendly. The whole family had a great time. Unfortunately, the only thing that was not very nice was the pool because it was a little dirty on the top by the wall needs to be brushed with chlorine that was a little gross."

"The location is very good, but the hotel needs to make some improvements. First, when you enter, there is a strong smell of humidity, which I imagine is coming from the carpet. The same smell was noticeable in the hallways and in the room. In the room, I found that the sink was clogged, and the shower curtain had a strong marijuana smell. I believe housekeeping should use a checklist before leaving the room so the next guest can have a better impression. Other than that, everything was good!"
