“I stayed 2 nights while a family member was having a procedure at the local hospital. The location was good for my needs. The only deficiency was my room was not cleaned or prepped after my first night. Trash was not removed and bed was not made. After a long and stressful day it would have been nice to come back to a tidy room.”

“Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!”

“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true.
