“After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.”

“The room looked nice. Unfortunately there was a power outage at 5:20 PMMonday which took out motel's power as well our phone service. There was no way to arrange for another room elsewhere, nor was there a backup generator to provide lighting, hot water for showers or most important air conditioning.
