“the pool is heated but outside”

“The property was great as was the room The breakfast was very very good. The front desk made many good suggestions on things that we still could do being it off season.”

“We would definitely stay there again if we get back to Boothbay Harbor. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. And it was right on the harbor with a beautiful view.”

“Everything was very nice. great balcony was lovely. Breakfast was great. I would only comment on the unpleasant smell of the room. It got better after opening the door to the balcony. But lovely place.”

“The location is incredible - secluded wooded property with gorgeous landscaping, on the bay, less than 10 minutes to busy Boothbay Harbor. This is our second visit and we look forward to returning. The food is excellent in the dining room and for the included breakfast. We especially like the large wood burning fireplace next to the dining area. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine or spirits! This property is a hidden treasure.”

“We had an amazing stay at the Greenleaf Inn. Although we only stayed one night the owner was amazing and welcoming! He gave us the best local recommendations. We also slept so amazing as everything was clean in the room and the bed was so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend (and stay a little longer!)”

“Steve, the owner, is an incredible host; communicative, helpful and just a happy, welcoming man. Property was beautiful with everything you need, including garden seating outside and a cozy, warm dining area. Would definitely stay here again and refer to friends.”

“This little place was excellent! Great views, very convenient to walk everywhere. The morning breakfasts were delicious! Would definitely stay again!”

“It was in a beautiful location with a water view. The porch was a wonderful spot to have breakfast, which was delicious!”

“The pictures online are deceiving. The rooms are tiny and so is the bathroom. Your knees are against the wall when you sit on the toilet. And I say that at only 5ft tall. There is not a microwave and fridge in each room. There is one of each in the office only, and is a shared space for all guests. That said, the room was clean and the host was very kind. The motel is an easy walk to restaurants, etc in the heart of boothbay harbor. If you are only sleeping there after a long day of exploring,……

“no hot food in breakfast”

“Room itself and linens were fine. However heater made startlingly loud noise, like a train going through the room, every time it reached set temperature, so had to turn the heater ioff. There was no way to contact anyone for help despite a phone number they posted. Phone message said you must email only. However they never answered the email. We had booked for two nights so had to deal with this without resolution! Very frustrating!”
