“Apparently some rooms are better than others. We have previously stayed here and we're satisfied. This time not so much. The a/c could not keep up and barely blew cold. The floor was not that clean and a bit rough. Also, had an issue with leaving a personal item(pricey pillow needed for husband's back) there which I went back for just a few hours later. The staff did try calling the cleaning people but noone could seem to locate it. I called back a couple times to see if it got turned in with no……

We realized this after stopping at the club house and asking around. If they weren't open, we would have never known how to check in because you have to talk to someone for the key. “This had to be the worst check ever at a hotel. I booked through Expedia and PAID through Expedia I arrived at the hotel a little after 11 PM. The door was locked I could not get in. There was a sign that said pick up the phone and let them know you’re here, but there is no phone. The phone had been removed from the wall I knocked on the door trying to get the staffs attention. I used my cell phone to call the hotel to let them know I was trying to get in. Once I got in the lady tried to charge……
