“Ryan was a wonderful host! Fast responses, and answered all of our questions! Only hiccup for us was the microphones didn't work for karaoke, but Ryan had some overnighted to us! Turned out to be the system, but he tried and it was much appreciated! The property was clean and warm. We couldn't get the fireplaces to start, but believe it was operator error.
