“False advertising. Room was dirty when we arrived, balcony was dirty as well. Went downstairs to get food and they took over 30 minutes when no one was there waiting for food. “This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us.
