“We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch. “1st time visiting Miami.Arlo staff were amazing, we came with our daughter who is in a wheelchair and they were all so helpful,especially the valet parking guys. Room looked great however the bathroom had long visible hair strands in the shower, and the balcony had bird poop on railings. While the hotel has great art all throughout the premises its 3rd floor hall area where the gallery,2nd bar and garden is located is like a maze of closed doors to try and get to the right area. I loved the pool……

“This is a very well-situated accommodation with excellent amenities, including a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. This is super-helpful for a family traveling with little ones like ours. The bedrooms are also well-lit and tastefully appointed with modern, understated decor. There is a balcony, accessible from the living room and the view from our 4th floor unit was quite nice. “This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well……

“We loved the space and workspaces that came as part of the members club. The room was stunning and well kept. Only slight con was the staff was not always on the same page and when we arrived at 5am we were told that our only option was to wait until 4pm to be brought to the room. Later, asking a different front desk employee we were told the room had been ready and could be taken up. Not sure why we had to wait in the lobby for as long as we did.
