“Super cute little penthouse room with a beautiful view! The only complaint we have is the bed. It was EXTREMELY squeaky and moved every time one of us rolled over, it also dents in the middle and is not very comfortable. It’s definitely time to replace the mattress. Other than that we loved our stay! If the bed got replaced we would definitely stay again. ”

“The condo is outfitted perfectly for an enjoyable vacation. Bay Watch is a great family oriented spot in North Myrtle Beach. Our kids loved the many indoor and outdoor pools, and beach access was perfect. Had breakfast each day at the buffet, which was super tasty and affordable. The other restaurant on the facility, Fish Tales, blew us away with their unbelievably tasty menu, and awesome adult beverages. Five stars all around!”

“Rooms were run down and filthy. The furniture was falling apart, pull out couch was broken, safe didn't work, dresser draws were broken, paint chipping off wall, the floor looked like a dirty mop was ran over the floor, carpets in the bedroom had dirt built up on The floors around the bed. The view was beautiful and the amenities were very nice but I will not stay in a Vacasa-managed rental again.”

“For someone going by their self, especially during the memorial day weekend. It was a great stay. There were minor housekeeping issues, but I received a call from hospitality and a housekeeper was able to come right on and fix those problems. Even when I was having trouble with unlocking my door, maintenance was right on it.
