"Hidden gem in an older industrial area. Fairly new apartments located near a railroad. The area was super quiet and relaxing. There is a small trail that runs alongside the river. We had a nice walk at night. The apartment itself was clean and just felt like being at home. Small and cute place! No clear instructions regarding parking (there are signs about texting to park in the area or car will be towed). Would definitely stay hear again. "

"I would NOT Rent this property unless some real adjustments are made. I stayed in August of of 2025 and we had issues almost immediately. Upon arrival we noticed that the place was not thoroughly cleaned - the floors and kitchen counters were visibly dirty.
